AeroPress

Welcome to our easy and friendly AeroPress brew guide! Whether you're a coffee enthusiast or just starting, follow these simple steps to brew a perfect cup of Atlas Coffee with your AeroPress.

What You'll Need:

  • AeroPress
  • Freshly ground Atlas Coffee (medium-fine grind)
  • Hot water (about 175°F or 80°C)
  • AeroPress paper filter
  • Stirring utensil
  • Timer
  • Coffee mug

Steps to Brew:

  • 1

    Assemble Your AeroPress

Insert a paper filter into the AeroPress cap and rinse it with hot water to remove any paper taste. Attach the cap to the chamber.

  • 2

    Prepare the Coffee

Add 14-18 grams of medium-fine ground Atlas Coffee into the AeroPress chamber, then place the AeroPress onto a sturdy mug.

  • 3

    Add Hot Water

Pour hot water (175°F/80°C) into the AeroPress chamber up to the number 4 mark.

  • 4

    Stir and Steep

Stir the coffee and water for about 10 seconds, you will see the coffee bloom. Then, insert the plunger and pull up slightly to create a vacuum seal. Let it steep for 1 minute.

  • 5

    Press the Plunger

Slowly press the plunger down, taking about 20-30 seconds. Stop pressing when you hear a hissing sound.

  • 6

    Pour and Enjoy

Sit back, relax, and enjoy your perfect cup of Atlas AeroPress coffee!

Pro Tips:

  • Use freshly roasted and ground Atlas Coffee for the best flavour.
  • If your coffee tastes too strong, try a coarser grind. If it's too weak, try a finer grind.
  • Experiment with the amount of coffee and water to find your perfect brew strength.

Happy brewing!
